Super Easy Pizza

Flour, hot water, yeast, teensy bits of salt n sugar.

Knead.

Tight and stretchy.

Prove (which means, leave it alone to rise)

Roll. Poke – not holes, just marks.

Bake for 10 mins.

Take out. Put tons of toppings with a base layer of thickened tomato soup/ketchup or proper tomato puree sauce

cover with grated cheese if you want to – it keeps the toppings from drying out.

Bake for another 10 mins – till the cheese starts browning.

Voila!
